About the opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer who enjoys building modern applications and contributing to projects focused on technology evolution and continuous improvement.

The role involves working on enterprise-level applications, improving existing solutions, and supporting initiatives related to technology upgrades and system improvements.

What you will be doing

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React
• Design and implement integrations through REST APIs
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases
• Support initiatives related to application improvements and technology upgrades
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Contribute to development standards, application performance improvements, and code quality initiatives

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Full-Stack Development role
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Front-end experience with Angular or React
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Good understanding of software development principles and application architecture
• Experience building scalable applications and working with cloud-based solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities proactively
• Open communication style and collaborative approach
• Intermediate to advanced English
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar practical experience

Nice to have

• Experience working on projects involving technology modernization or system transformation initiatives
• Previous exposure to large digital transformation programs
• Interest in proposing improvements and contributing beyond day-to-day development tasks
